Tina has worked with children, youth and adults both locally and abroad. Tina strongly believes that adults with low self esteem or lack of confidence are only children and youth with unresolved issues. Her years of experience has made her an expert as both a Public Speaker and Facilitator. she has a strong sense that in order for anyone to be successful they must move out of the victim role into a place of knowing who they are.  A persons dreams and aspirations can only go as far as a person's belief system of who they are goes.  Tina Konkin has a 2 year Associate of Arts Degree & 3 year studies in Youth and Family Counseling.
